Wait staff that didn’t know their product. Post mix soft drink that wasn’t mixed properly. After ordering a t-bone... steak, we were told 40 minutes later that they didn’t have it. Replaced with a beaten to death, overcooked scotch fillet with a split creamy sauce. Waited over an hour after an average oysters Kilpatrick entree for mains. Mussels that you couldn’t eat. Waitresses taking the brunt of unhappy customers, no management to be seen. Had to cook dinner for the children when we got home because they were still hungry. If you go there, stick to pizza. Ordered online advised that delivery is in an hour It is nearly 45 mins after estimated delivery . When I rang, had no... choice but told to go on hold. Was on hold for 10 minutes so I rang back was again asked to go on hold I said no as I was trying to explain that I had an order and if it had left the shop yet. I was advise that it is with the driver but unsure when the driver left as they have a few deliveries and that the estimated time could be 10 minutes before or 10 to 20 minutes after. I explained that I have no issue with an estimated time but we are going into nearly 45 minutes after the estimated time. Unsure if I will use this pizzeria again due to the poor customer service over the phone as the tone and language was defensive. I don’t mind that an estimate time is provided. At times, I can appreciate that some days may be busier than others but there is nothing wrong with a company just being honest that a delivery could take over 90 minutes.read more

Dropped into this place late last week for the first time as I was looking for a pizza fix and thought only one of the... main chains were available in the area. So it was a pleasant surprise to discover a homemade style pizzeria located not more than two doors away.... not sure why anyone would still bother to go to the fast food chain when this is readily available but we all have our preferences. I was greeted by the friendly Brianna (hope I got the name and spelling right) who was happy to give service with a smile. I asked about the menu and if it's ok to dine in; the owner, Maxi piped up at this point and suggested that I take a seat inside so they can take my order at the table like a gentleman - I thanked him for the generous reference and replied that it's probably only because they don't know me very well yet.... 🤓 I tried the large Supreme with added pepperoni along with a garlic bread and was very happy with both of my choices. The base is just on the right side of thin without being a crispy biscuit and it was definitely not wet or doughy. The topping was piping hot and plentiful. Though it wasn't the cheapest pizza to have dining in, I was definitely happy to pay for a well cooked one along with good service. I can see why they have won local awards. This was washed down with one of my favourite ciders so it's nice to know that a local stocks Rekorderlig! Definitely happy to come back again. Thanks, guys!read more

“Best Service and Food!!!

We ordered a garlic bread, supreme pizza, sticky ribs and wings. Every single dish was generously sized and delicious!

The ribs fall off the bone, both ribs and wings were so tender and the sauce was a perfect ratio combination the pizza with authentic crust was delightful.

Worth noting the ribs come with what I can only attest to as the best wedges I’ve ever had, crispy and yet with melt in the mouth potato. I’ve had some wedges in my time but these were top rate.

The service was so efficient and attentive they clearly are a perfect example of excellent customer service here.

Followed up the meal with some gelato, which cleansed the palate and was beautifully presented in flutes – sorry no picture we devoured before I thought to take a pic but there are pictures in store to check out before deciding.

Also ordered a can of cola but because they were out we were given a large jug at the same price, Bella’s staff and service is excellent definitely recommend.
